Refund Policy

All products sold on CheapestExamDumps are digital files (HTML and PDF) delivered instantly after payment. Because digital content cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of our materials and will make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

• The downloaded files are corrupted or cannot be opened in a standard browser or PDF reader.
• The files contain significant missing content — for example, large sections of questions or answers are blank or absent.
• A technical error on our side prevented you from receiving the download links after a successful payment.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. We are unable to process requests made after this period.

• Send an e-mail to contact@cheapestexamdumps.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include the e-mail address you used at checkout and a brief description of the issue (e.g. "PDF won't open", "HTML file is missing pages 40–60").
• If possible, attach a screenshot showing the problem — this helps us resolve things faster.
• We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

• If the issue can be fixed, we will first offer a corrected replacement file at no extra cost.
• If a replacement does not resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Change of mind after purchase or deciding you no longer need the study materials.
• Difficulty with the exam itself — our materials are study aids and do not guarantee a passing score.
• Inability to open files due to unsupported software on your device (our files work in any modern browser and PDF reader).
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
